And don’t forget to mark your calendars for our Annual Awards Ceremony held in Nashville, IN at the Season Lodge Tuesday, May 21st! Social Hour will begin at 5:30pm, Dinner at 6:00pm and the Program at 7:00pm, ending no later than 8:30pm.

It is time to recognize the people who have been instrumental in LIFEDesigns’ success this past year. Have you nominated someone yet?

This year’s LIFEDesigns Annual Awards Ceremony 2013 will be held in
Nashville, IN at The Seasons Lodge in the evening on Tuesday, May 21st.

An invitation will follow shortly, but right now we need your help nominating customers, staff and volunteers for the work they have done in 2012 for LIFEDesigns.

Please review the nomination form and think about those individuals who have made a difference to LIFEDesigns. Nominate as many people as you’d like by making copies of the form, filling it out completely for each nominee, and returning it to LIFEDesigns by Friday, May 3, 2013. Remember, all nominees will be recognized during the Annual Awards Ceremony. LIFEDesigns Leadership Team, a group comprised of customers, Direct Service Professionals, and other staff members will appoint a sub-committee to review the nominations and determine which nominees shall receive the awards.
