Lisa D has been a part of LifeDesigns for four years. During this time, Lisa has discovered a lot about herself and newfound talents she didn’t realize she possessed. One of her newest interests is her passion for art. During the pandemic, she began to express her talents and creativity through her paintings. Lisa has also become an advent doll collector. Her doll collection started with a doll she found at a yard sale for $2.00. She now has more than 20 dolls in her collection. Lisa enjoys expressing her creativity by accessorizing her dolls and credits her fascination from her grandmother and aunt who also collected dolls. Lisa stated, “I have always been fascinated with dolls and the realism in them.”
Aside from her interests in art and dolls, Lisa also maintains a job. She currently works at Stone Belt where she makes wire guide holders for Cook Medical. This has helped her to thrive more in social elements. Her best friend is her Rural Transit driver, John. Lisa also enjoys caring for her two cats, Sara and Molly. Her favorite desert is a Coca-Cola cake with vanilla bean ice cream. Lisa is a prime example of living life to the fullest and credits Life Designs playing a role in her success.
