See the Abilities 5K Walk/Run/Roll

We are so excited to finally bring back our “See the Abilities” 5K Walk/Run/Roll event!! Join us on Saturday, June 18th at Karst Farm Park & walk, run, or roll to support individuals with disabilities.
Race registration will begin at 8AM near the BIG Shelter House near the back of the park. The first 30 people to arrive will receive a sweat towel with their registration! Race will begin right at 9AM, followed with awards at 10:30AM. All attendees are welcomed to stay for the LIFEDesigns Annual Picnic afterwards!
