Bloomington has been celebrating the Week of Chocolate for over 20 years, each year and each event unique. Local businesses host chocolate themed events that celebrate a love of chocolate that goes back to ancient times! Each year, there are over 10 events, each with a different theme. Not only does this festival taste amazing, but it also offers an opportunity to raise funds to support various causes in the community. Don’t forget to get your Chocolate Passport stamped at each event you attend! Peacetree Mountain Truffles will award you with a FREE box of Truffles if you turn in your stamped passport at their store in the “Olive Leaf” by College Mall.

Join LIFEDesigns as they raise money for their programs to promote independence for people with disabilities. This Mardi Gras themed gala might be the only place you get to watch a live model be painted in chocolate! The evening features a dinner, online and live auction, live band, and our signature chocolate dessert sampling by our favorite local chefs. This year our art theme in partnership with the Bloomington Watercolor Society is “The Blues”. The dinner menu will be themed around New Orleans creole style by the Indiana Memorial Union. Tickets must be purchased in advance.
